RFC began with a shared vision among five friends who were passionate about food and entrepreneurship. Each of them brought unique strengths to the table, from culinary expertise to business leadership, allowing them to build a brand that reflects both quality and the spirit of Oman. Their collective ambition led to the creation of RFC, with a clear focus on redefining the fried chicken experience while staying rooted in strong values of flavor, quality, and community.
Today, RFC is guided by an experienced leadership team. Hamood Abbas Mansoor Al-Hinai serves as the Co-Founder, while Rafeeq Malayil leads as Chairman and Fysal Pilakkatt as Vice Chairman. The operational leadership is driven by Saleem Vadakara as Chief Executive Officer and Anver Sadath as Chief Operating Officer. Together, the leadership team brings deep experience in the food and beverage industry and continues to drive RFC’s growth while staying true to the brand’s vision and heritage.
